Tracey’s commitment to agriculture sparked in her early years, shelling peas & harvesting corn in her grandparents gardens. At a young age they introduced her to the effort & intention behind ‘early organic’ food. It was this formative experience that later inspired Tracey to begin her professional path to FIELD3 Agency while in college, where she interned in Wilmington, NC cleaning up contaminated groundwater. In these testing fields a foundational commitment was laid by Tracey to support landowners through the complicated system of regulatory compliance. From this understanding of “need” her passion for agriculture grew & a personal mission to gain operational knowledge essential to fostering a culture of authentic sustainability began.

Fast forward to today, Tracey has become a leading voice in agricultural food safety compliance- guiding farmers through our modern data driven society, armed with the understanding that supporting the future of farms means mastering a complex system of regulation. With additional food certifications and an array of USDA and FDA knowledge, Tracey and her team see the challenges of today’s agricultural landscape and an opportunity to grow a healthier tomorrow. The FIELD3 agents have a tremendous amount of experience with creating a solution for every certification need - whether buyer required, corporate reporting, etc.
